Dr. Muzafar Gani Abdul Wahab (a.k.a Dr.Gani) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at McMaster University, Toronto, Canada. He pursued his medical training from Madurai Medical College and completed his postgraduate training in Pediatrics and Neonatology at Manipal University India and did his Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship program, as well as a Master’s program in electronic Health at McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada. He was the Program Director for Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship Program at McMaster University from 2013 to 2018 and Now he is the Program Director for Targeted Neonatal Echocardiography Fellowship Program at McMaster University. He has a passion for education utilizing advanced medical technologies as well as the latest digital technologies for education and clinical practice. He is the founding co-chair of the international POCUSNEO Organization which is primarily an educational organization teaching doctors nurses and allied health professionals on Newborn and Pediatric critical care. He conducted more than 50 virtual international educational sessions, Online digital conferences, courses and workshops so far.
